Are you the CEO of your Career?

Are you in the driver's seat or the passenger's seat when it comes to your career?  Some boss has probably said to you before that you drive your own career development, they can only support you.  Companies have us fill out IDPs and PDPs to support us in creating a strategic plan for our professional development.    But as Lewis Carroll said:

If you don't know where you are going, any road will get you there.

This is what I tell my clients: Career development is the ongoing, iterative process of assessing your current strengths, skills, and experiences against your “target role” and closing the gap. And your ideal role changes – it’s not stagnant.  There are certain attributes, the ones that you like, that you’ll continue to look for – but career development always moves you forward and therefore your ideal role is always changing.

There is a group of skills that are important to career development:

  • networking and building meaningful relationships
  • self-awareness
  • lifelong learning
  • establishing a support group

Through my career programs, you have the opportunity to learn more about these skills and develop them as well as build the habits that will enable you to be prepared for future opportunities.

As your Success Coach, I want you to define your personal formula to excel at work and find meaning in life.  My programs will only be open for new members through April 30th. So, don't wait to create the career you want, join now.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with any program you choose, so you can cancel at anytime and if you decide this program is not for you in 30 days, I will give you your money back.
