In 2007, Jennifer I. Braganza, following her passion for leadership development and helping people define and achieve their own definitions of success founded Exponential Success. Since then, the Exponential Success Team has helped hundreds of professionals and leaders advance their careers and pursue their best life.

 

Jennifer I. Braganza, Founder and Lead Coach & Speaker

Jennifer I. Braganza has a 20+ year career that has spanned strategic customer-centric design, process engineering, and project/program management. She worked as an Operational Excellence leader, facilitating the re-design of billion-dollar businesses.  Prior, she worked as a change manager, leading virtual teams and influencing business and technology leaders to meet project goals. She has also directed a coaching program for college students, taught engineering courses, and served as a workshop presenter and leadership facilitator for several programs. 

Jennifer started her career working for an automotive supplier where her roles included leadership of virtual and global teams. She spent over two years on an international assignment in Germany.

She holds a BSE in Chemical Engineering and a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan as well as a Masters in Engineering from the University of Illinois—Chicago and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. Her engineering background enables Jennifer to take a unique approach to the coaching of engineers and other technical specialists.

Jennifer has been recognized globally for her service and engineering accomplishments. In 2018, Jennifer was recognized as a 40 under 40 by Charlotte Business Journal.  In 2016, Business Insider recognized her as one of the 26 powerful women engineers. She has also been recognized by the Society of Women Engineers as a Distinguished New Engineer and Emerging Leader. 

Jennifer has also served on the University of Michigan College of Engineering Alumni Board of Governors as well as the Chair of the Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) committee and the St. Jude’s Give Thanks Walk Committee. She served on the Systems Engineering and Engineering Management advisory board for UNC Charlotte. She is a regular facilitator with the Engineering Leadership Academy at UNC Charlotte.  Additionally, Jennifer volunteers as a foster and dog trainer in animal rescue and as a STEM advocate. 

Denise Love, Chief Operating Officer

Denise Love is an accomplished business analyst, program manager, and certified six sigma lean black belt professional. Denise brings more than 15 years of combined experience driving the optimization, transformation, and efficiency of product development, and core process improvements across multiple industries, including Semiconductor, Technology, Manufacturing, Aviation, Computing and Healthcare. Profitable, cost effective, timely, and quality execution of strategy and organizational tenets to deliver on macro and micro objectives. Uniquely skilled in communicating and acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff, management, executives and officers (C-Suite).

Denise brings a track record in establishing an environment of continuous improvement, introducing best practices and lean methodologies to optimize productivity, product quality, and cost efficiency. She successfully facilitated the continued development of a numerous Lean Six Sigma organizations. Additionally, she authored multiple technical publications during her education.
