Strategic Communication & Leading Change Course

Over 90 days, emerging leaders in your organization learn and apply the key concepts of the framework.  They will take an idea from concept to recommendation.  Key topics in the course include: ideation, stakeholder analysis, influence, and effective communication.  At the end of the course, your emerging leaders will have developed and applied the ability to effectively communicate at different levels in the organization, influence and collaborate with key partners, grow and keep an innovative mindset and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Emerging Leaders in Technology & Engineering Mastermind

A new cohort kicks off twice a year in August and February.  The program begins with an assessment and debrief to help each emerging leader understand their strengths and how others see them.  The workshops will teach the concepts from our Strategic Communication & Leading Change Framework and then participants will apply it to an idea for their organization that they will develop into a business case recommendation.  Additionally, a monthly mastermind will enable connecting with other like-minded leaders in discussions that foster diversity of thought and challenging the status quo.

The 12-month program consists of an individual assessment and consultation, three workshops, and a monthly Mastermind where emerging leaders connect with like-minded achievers.  Each participant applies their learnings to an innovation project that will be recommended to senior leadership in their organization.
